Surrey-Tech started around a kitchen table in CR5, when husband-and-wife duo Sarah & Bal found themselves the go-to tech helpers for their own parents — setting up phones, fixing internet issues, and protecting them from online scams.
They realised that while technology could make life easier, it often left the elderly feeling frustrated or left behind. What began as small weekend visits soon grew into something bigger: a genuine passion for making tech simple, safe, and stress-free for others in the community.
With patience, care and two very supportive dogs by their side, Sarah & Bal turned their family experience into a local service that now helps individuals, families, and small businesses across Surrey and South London.
